Construction Project At Ansin Building Nears Completion
We’ve been keeping you posted on the major expansion project at our 1340 Boylston Street location over the past few months. And we’re excited to report that the build-out of the fourth, fifth and sixth floors is almost finished!
As of this writing, the walls are being painted, the carpet is being installed and new furniture and equipment is arriving every day. We hope to complete the project in late November, have the appropriate inspections done and be operational in early December. At that point, 100% of the space at 1340 Boylston Street will be occupied and used by Fenway Health and our community!

In case you haven’t heard, the expansion project will provide much needed space for Fenway Health and will enable us to offer additional services. The fourth floor will be dedicated to primary care and will include on-site digital imaging services, bone density screening and mammograms. The fifth floor will be dedicated to the rapidly expanding work of The Fenway Institute, which will now occupy two full floors of the building. And we’re doubling the size of the dental department on the sixth floor, which should help reduce waiting times for dental appointments and allow us to serve more clients in need of this critical service.
We’ll continue to keep you posted on the progress of this expansion program and look forward to letting you know when our new space is open and ready for patients.
