Fenway Helps ATN Start Transgender Advisory Group

The Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV/AIDS Interventions (ATN) is a National Institutes of Health-funded network of research sites in cities across the United States that conduct clinical and community-based research that focuses on young people aged 12 – 24 who are HIV infected and/or affected in our communities. As part of our effort to increase transgender cultural competence among ATN investigators and study staff, ATN members Gary Harper, PhD, MPH (University of Michigan), Miguel Martinez, MPH, MSW (Children’s Hospital LA) and Liz Salomon, EdM (The Fenway Institute) initiated a Transgender Advisory Group (TAG) that serves to provide study design
