Fenway’s Young Leaders Council presents ‘Being a Trans Ally’

Fenway Health’s Young Leaders Council is pleased to host our first Transgender Awareness Week event on Tuesday evening, November 12. YLC’s “Being a Trans Ally” will be an intimate event for trans allies looking for more ways to support the trans people in their lives–at work, school or in social circles. Special guests Grace Stevens and Donnie Collins will share their stories and lead a Q&A discussion designed to take your awareness and support to the next level. Like all YLC events, this will be a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people and get involved in the Fenway community.

The third week of November has become one of the most special weeks in my life in recent years. It’s not because it’s shortly after my birthday or right before Thanksgiving—or because I really love hot apple cider and scarf season.
