Fenway Health Announces Appointment of Dr. Jennifer Potter as Co-Chair of The Fenway Institute

Fenway Health announces today that Dr. Jennifer Potter has been appointed Co-Chair of The Fenway Institute. Dr. Potter is Director of Women’s Health at Fenway as well as an Advisory Dean and Director of the William B. Castle Society at Harvard Medical School. She has directed Women’s Health Research at The Fenway Institute since 2015, and has been a member of the faculty since 2010. Fenway Hosts Delegation Of Irish LGBT Advocates

The Fenway Institute was thrilled to host a delegation from Ireland and Northern Ireland of policy makers, advocates, youth workers, legal professionals and other leaders working on behalf of the LGBT community. The exchange program, Advocating for Human and Civil Rights for the LGBT Community, was coordinated through the Irish Institute of Boston College. Staff from the National LGBT Health Education Center at The Fenway Institute met with this delegation on April 27 for an in-depth discussion on The Institute’s work and how its research could be used to address challenges facing the LGBT community in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Advocacy Alert: House FY18 Budget Amendments

Following the release of the Massachusetts House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee’s annual budget last week, totaling just over $40.3 billion, deliberations are scheduled to begin Monday, April 24.
