Why I’m Riding in Harbor to the Bay

I’m riding for Team YLC (Young Leaders Council) this year and couldn’t be more proud to support an organization that is a leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS. This is my first time riding for a cause and with a team, and my first time riding 126 miles in a single GO (!) I’m really looking forward to training with our YLC team this summer, and pushing myself down the Massachusetts coast in September. Harbor to the Bay: Fighting HIV/AIDS with Pedal Power

Saturday, September 15, 2012, more than 320 riders and 235 crew members participated in the 10th Annual Harbor to the Bay benefit bike ride from Boston to Provincetown. Harbor to the Bay is a unique, all-volunteer event, with 100% of donations going to participating beneficiaries, including Fenway Health. Donations directly support the many patients who depend on Fenway Health for quality health care, medications, support, and HIV/AIDS prevention education.
